Return policy

Reflection time/return
It could happen sometime that you might want to return an order. Perhaps because the product is not wholly to your taste or maybe there is a different reason due to which you would not want ot have your order after all. Whatever the reason, you have a right to return your order until 14 days after receiving it without giving a reason. After cancelation you have another 14 days to return the product to us. Within that time you will receive the entirity of your order cost credited. Solely the return costs are at your own expense. These costs will be around €6.95 per package (consult the website of your carrier for the exact prices). Should you use your right of withdrawel, the product with al its delivered components, the printed receipts and - should it be reasonably possible - the packaging materials in original form be returned to us. To make use of this right you can contact us through info@healthylight.nl. Thereafter we will refund the owed order cost within 14 days after the return announcement has been received if the order has been received in good condition. Should the order have become damaged or the packaging is more damaged than strictly necessary to be able to try the product, we can translate the reduction in product value in the refund. Therefore we advise you to try the product with care and make sure that it has been packaged carefully in case of a return. Products that are ordered with a personal engravement are made especially for you. The right of withdrawel thereby is not eligible for use. The transaction thereafter is definitive. 

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is absolutely no problem. To exchange your product contact info@healthylight.nl. In this case however you do carry the return costs for you order.
